About The Position

This position is responsible for operating HTST filler equipment, ensuring product quality and safety, and maintaining a safe working environment. The role involves performing cleaning procedures, monitoring production processes, conducting basic tests, and adhering to company and regulatory standards. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Production or general work experience preferred
Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment
Able to follow directions and carry out instructions
Able to effectively work in a team environment
Able to legibly write entries for record keeping
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Must be able to read, write and speak English

Responsibilities

Perform CIP and manual washing of machine components
Monitor code date information and quality of product and processes
Establish safe, effective, and efficient set up of HTST filler equipment for production
Perform routine, basic chemical concentration test
Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately
Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
