Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of manufacturing experience
Ability to read and follow manufacturing work instructions.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a safe, clean workspace.
Good judgment and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Ability to operate a sit-down forklift (training provided).
Basic computer skills (MS Office, SAP, etc.).
Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
Comfortable working in varying temperatures, from hot to cold.

Responsibilities

Always wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Safely operate forklifts or pallet jacks to retrieve and move packaging materials.
Label and fill packaging items in compliance with company, DOT, and OSHA standards.
Accurately measure and weigh chemicals into designated containers, following detailed instructions.
Scan packaging items, load trucks, and manage inventory using company systems.
Complete batch tickets and manufacturing logs to ensure full compliance with company policies.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area at all times.
Report any damaged or missing inventory to supervisors promptly.
Support other duties and special projects as assigned.
