Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ year of security experience
  • Must have an active TS SCI clearance
  • Understanding of enrollment and issuance models
  • Knowledge of Identity Management and understanding of Credential Issuance and Revocation
  • Access Management and Revocation
  • Knowledge of HSPD 12, FIPS 201-2, and NIST SP-800-79-2, Instructions for Physical Security, Operations Security, and Information Security
  • Required knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites that includes proficient abilities in Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, and Power Point
  • Must have good communication skills, exemplify exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work with other personnel
  • Experience using government information systems for screening and vetting, scheduling appointments, recording biometrical data, and identify and verify the eligibility for a credential or access
  • Experience handling customer service inquiries and ensuring organized scheduling of appointments and services within a customer facing office
  • Experience enrolling personnel in the client database systems and issues PIV credentials
  • Experience using a workstation to generate access reports based on data points, for example door readers, time periods, or access classes
  • Experience on fingerprinting enrollment services to client employees and contractors using the Enrollment and Issuance Workstation
  • Must be willing to work on-site

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and assistance within a credential issuance facility.
  • Manage consumables inventory, equipment inventory, and protects these items within the guidelines of HSPD-12 policy directives.
  • Support the lifecycle of credentials from sponsorship through revocation.
  • Assist end users with first tier troubleshooting and maintains records of all interactions with the use of a ticket tracking program.
  • Escalate any issues that cannot be remedied to second-tier support personnel and ensures all remedies are captured for future reference.
  • Provide services to support issuance such as document storage, fingerprint capture, and verification of biographic and biometric data.
  • Manage the HSPD-12 lost/stolen/compromised PIV card process to include providing instructions to users, tracking and monitoring submitted Reports of Surveys (ROS).
  • Maintain knowledge of Logical Access Control Systems and PACS registration, use, issues, and remedies to assist end users.
  • Maintain Service Line Agreements for interaction with users and ticket closure timeliness.
  • Enroll and remove PIV credentials in CISA’s Physical Access Control System (PACS) workstation and assigns or removes pre-programed access classes to PIV records.
  • Use a workstation to generate access reports based on datapoints for example door readers, time periods, or access classes.
  • Assign credentials to CISA personnel records, enroll credentials using a web-based portal and assign pre-programed access classes to the credential record using a web-based portal.
  • Troubleshoot low level PIV credential failures as they occur.
  • Perform, prepare, and process security support actions relating to HSPD-12 program management, project management support and technical support.
  • Create/brief statistical reports regarding services rendered for leadership knowledge and use.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
