About The Position

This role is responsible for performing comprehensive cleaning duties across multiple areas to uphold cleanliness standards. This includes sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal. The Floor Tech will also handle chemical agents safely, conduct manual handling of cleaning equipment and supplies, and maintain detailed records of cleaning activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles in vacation rental settings.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, environmental services practices, and the safe handling of chemical agents.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting of up to 50 pounds or more regularly.
• Familiarity with floor care procedures, including floor/grout restoration
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Commitment to safety protocols and environmental regulations related to custodial services.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies is preferred.
