Primary Responsibilities Serve as the primary HSE resource for facility leadership, providing guidance and support on health, safety, and environmental matters. Develop, implement, and maintain practical HSE processes, programs, and initiatives that reduce operational risk. Support implementation and continuous improvement of the EPS Global HSE Management System. Monitor HSE performance metrics and recommend corrective actions and improvement opportunities. Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA 29 CFR 1910 requirements. Assist in developing and maintaining HSE policies, procedures, and safe systems of work. Lead and support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation. Coordinate and deliver HSE training programs to employees and leadership teams. Promote a proactive safety culture through employee engagement, communication, and awareness campaigns. Support environmental, health, and safety initiatives across multiple facility locations as required. Job Duties Identify workplace hazards, assess risks, and implement effective controls. Develop and maintain health and safety plans, procedures, and safe work practices. Conduct HSE meetings and communicate performance, goals, and improvement opportunities. Support audits, inspections, and compliance activities. Maintain current knowledge of regulatory and industry requirements. Assist with the development of HSE policies and training materials. Travel as needed to support business operations and training requirements. Perform other duties as assigned.
