The HSE Manager will be responsible for adapting training concepts and instruction methods about HSE matters, supporting accountable functions in training all employees to carry out risk assessments, tracking HSE incidents and providing measures to avoid similar events, monitoring risk assessments, developing and maintaining policies and procedures, reviewing Safety Culture Tools, and supporting the planning, implementation, and maintenance of plant installations, as well as social and sanitary facilities. This role also involves consulting on the purchasing of technical equipment, the introduction of working methods and materials, and the design and layout of workplaces, working sequences, working environment, and all other ergonomic issues.
