A Project HSE Manager is a crucial part of the project team, dedicated to the health and well-being of others. They serve as a safety resource and facilitate Sundt HS&E programs. This role has three steps (I, II, and Sr.) representing a progression of skill and experience. Step I is for individuals with limited safety experience, typically reporting to another Project HSE Manager. Step II individuals can manage small to medium-sized projects independently. Sr. Project HSE Managers have extensive experience and can manage larger, more complex projects.
