The role of the HSE Intern - Operations is to provide administrative support for the Operations team based on current projects. This is a full-time or part-time temporary position located in Waterford, WI. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the Operations team based on current projects.
- Complete the LO/TO Safety Project, including using MS Word and the Brady Label Maker.
- Prepare logically structured documentation and take pictures to document processes.
- Create detailed work instructions using a standardized template, focusing on the Tumbling & EP department.
- Update work instructions as necessary when processes change or new processes are introduced.
- Verify suppliers and vendors in Disaster Recovery are still applicable.
- Design the HSE calendar.
- Clearly communicate with all operations teams.
- Comply with applicable laws and ATS policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
