About The Position
The role of the HSE Intern - Operations is to provide administrative support for the Operations team based on current projects.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- LO/TO Safety Project (including use of MS Word and the Brady Label Maker)
- Prepare logically structured documentation and take pictures to document the processes
- Create detailed work instructions using a standardized template focusing in the Tumbling & EP department
- Update work instructions as necessary when processes change or new processes are introduced.
- Verify suppliers and vendors in Disaster Recovery are still applicable
- Design the HSE calendar
- Clearly communicate with all operations teams
- Comply with applicable laws and ATS policies.
- Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
