About The Position

FLINT is seeking an HSE Advisor with industrial experience for a temporary job in Taylor, BC starting August 24th, 2026 to October 9th, 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a continuous schedule, 12-hour workdays, LOA of $185/day, travel pay, and benefits after 300+ hours worked. This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing. Hourly rate for the role is $50/hour.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in oil & gas industry.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: H2S Alive, Confined Space Entry, Common Safety Orientation (CSO), Fall Protection, WHMIS.
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
• Must have own reliable transportation to site.
• Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits.

Nice To Haves

• Education in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
• Specialized certifications and Journeyperson certificates.
• Certification as NCSO and/or OHS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs.
• Promote a strong safety culture among employees.
• Maintain safety documentation and records.
