About The Position

ADP is hiring a Sales Executive. This role involves leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives who sell ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits to new and existing clients over the phone. The Sales Executive will guide their team towards achieving sales objectives through coordination and communication between ADP's clients, prospects, internal support partners, and the team. Additionally, the role includes recruiting, hiring, training, and developing sales associates, providing performance feedback and coaching. Multitasking and prioritization are essential for this role, as the individual will need to manage the needs of multiple stakeholders including their team, clients, partners, and leaders. Requirements

  • A successful track record of business-to-business sales experience (2+ years).
  • Excellent client interaction and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and motivate people.
  • Willingness to deliver performance feedback and coaching.
  • High level of integrity and ability to deliver on promises.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent planning skills to implement successful sales strategies.
  • Two or more years of business-to-business sales or sales management experience with an impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory, OR Military experience including teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a never lose mentality.

Responsibilities

  • Grow business within an assigned geography by closing sales, winning business, and reaching sales goals through the effective use of planned resources.
  • Provide overall direction, motivation, and support to the sales team in a designated territory.
  • Ensure all Sales Associates utilize the Salesforce Automation System and implement an audit procedure to ensure compliance.
  • Recruit, interview, identify, motivate, and train sales associates.
  • Provide continuous feedback on performance and coaching to team members.
  • Help to develop the careers of team members.
  • Represent ADP to customers, prospects, and the public by spending time in the field, at trade shows, demonstrations, and seminars.
  • Stay current on ADP product technology.
