About The Position

The HRL Greeter welcomes guests attending events, under the direction of the Entertainment Operations Manager. The role supports a positive event experience by greeting guests, scanning tickets or escorting guests to assigned seats, and providing information about venue amenities and locations. The incumbent follows applicable Gaming Commission regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures, addresses guest-related issues by reporting them to a supervisor, and helps maintain a clean, safe, and healthy work environment. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
1–2 years of customer service experience.
Ability to communicate effectively with guests in English, as required for the position’s duties and responsibilities.
Ability to obtain gaming licensure, including completing required background checks, before an offer is extended.
Frequently stand and walk; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; and taste or smell.
Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Required vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

Follow Gaming Commission regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
Exceed guest expectations for service and satisfaction throughout the event experience.
Maintain thorough knowledge of seat locations, concessions, restrooms, merchandising, and other pertinent venue areas.
Greet guests, scan tickets, and/or escort guests to their assigned seats.
Acknowledge guest-related issues and report them to a supervisor.
Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy work environment while enforcing HRL policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
