This position is responsible for the ongoing development, improvement, support, maintenance and configuration of our cloud-based Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This person works with business units across the enterprise, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and HR areas to ensure the HRIS meets the needs of the enterprise as efficiently as possible. The role is balanced between high level operational execution and development, and execution of strategic direction of business function activities.
