To administer a variety of functions to support the activities of the People and Culture Department including support to Human Resources Information System (HRIS) database, troubleshoot and assist in resolving system issues, process audits, create/develop reports to meet internal/external department needs, process annual and follow-up performance reviews, system administration/processing of Goodwill and Landmark retirement plans, administration of annual ACA 1094-C and 1095-C filing and look-back period, and support job description administration. This is a high-volume position requiring the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, security, accuracy, attention to detailed, initiative, think through logical conclusions and good judgment in performing job functions. Position also requires flexibility and adaptability in an environment in which priorities change frequently and consistently meeting deadlines.
