The HRIS & People Analytics Analyst is a key individual contributor responsible for the administration and optimization of HR systems, including Workday and ADP, while building and advancing the organization’s people analytics capabilities. This role transforms workforce data into actionable insights that support business decisions, improve employee outcomes, and enhance organizational effectiveness. This position partners closely with HR leaders, Finance, and IT to ensure data integrity across systems, deliver meaningful analysis, and enable a more data-driven HR function.
