About The Position

We in Human Resources are looking for the person to round out our team. Believing we impact the organization as a whole on both a strategic and associate level we need someone that shares our vision of transforming the traditional HRIS role. You will be part of a team that works closely together on projects and is straightforward in our communication with each other. You will bring your energy and passion to contribute to our team. The HRIS coordinator will work with every facet of Human Resources, so your interests are diverse. You are not pin holed into one activity for too long and originality and suggestions are welcome. MicroSoft Excel and the Office suite will become a trusted friend and you will enjoy learning many other software packages and the interfaces between them. As an integral part of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for a variety of HRIS-related administrative tasks that aligns with HR practices.

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Intermediate skill in Microsoft Excel
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Experienced with data entry and auditing
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Results Driven
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Self-starter and team player
  • Conscientious about producing the highest quality of work

  • Ready to be part of a results-oriented team
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or similar field preferred.
  • At least one year's prior experience working as a generalist in a Human Resources department

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in front-line customer service role is preferred
  • Familiarity with Infor (HRIS System) a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support all functions affecting the HRIS team including, but not limited to:
  • Follow prescribed protocol for identifying, confirming and committing documents to electronic files
  • Input data into HRIS systems accurately
  • Answer e-mails sent to the group HRIS e-mail inbox
  • Troubleshooting integration processes and suggesting solutions
  • Retain relationships with vendors and communicate product concerns and enhancements
  • Communicate effectively with the IT team regarding software changes/upgrades
  • Support Payroll department with data discrepancies and software errors
  • Responsible for recurring system procedures and analyzing their results/errors
  • Creating queries using a variety of software and generate reports for the HR department
  • Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information to authorized persons
  • Be integral part of corporate projects affecting HRIS systems
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in handling all information
