About The Position

The Coordinator will assist with day to day tasks within the People & Culture (HR) HRIS department. This position is full-time and located onsite at our Las Vegas office. Starting pay rate is $20.00 per hour plus benefits. Job Description: Assist employees in person, email, or phone with general HR inquiries and personnel file changes including updating marital status, name changes, employment verification, and welfare and childcare assistance forms Assist employees with work authorization reverification including company completion of I-9 documentation Implement HR System transactions Upload vendor information to produce badge numbers and coordinate with management to renew or term vendors monthly Appropriately handles confidential employee documentation, making sure records are stored appropriately Answer incoming calls and assist or re-direct as needed Assist with monitoring the HRIS inbox and resolve and reassigned issue(s) Maintains departments files through scanning, organizing, and storing Compiles information requests for compliance, legal, and regulatory entities as needed Present a polished and professional appearance, adhering to Wynn’s presentation and uniform standards at all time Assist the team with various administrative tasks including supply order and maintenance requests Perform all other job-related duties as requested

Requirements

  • Requires a minimum of two-years clerical experience
  • Possesses interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
  • Must be 21 years of age or old
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both oral and written forms

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in human resources preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
  • Oracle/PeopleSoft experience preferred
