The Coordinator will assist with day to day tasks within the People & Culture (HR) HRIS department. This position is full-time and located onsite at our Las Vegas office. Job Description: Assist employees in person, email, or phone with general HR inquiries and personnel file changes including updating marital status, name changes, employment verification, and welfare and childcare assistance forms Assist employees with work authorization reverification including company completion of I-9 documentation Implement HR System transactions Upload vendor information to produce badge numbers and coordinate with management to renew or term vendors monthly Appropriately handles confidential employee documentation, making sure records are stored appropriately Answer incoming calls and assist or re-direct as needed Assist with monitoring the HRIS inbox and resolve and reassigned issue(s) Mains departments files through scanning, organizing, and storing Compiles information requests for compliance, legal, and regulatory entities as needed Present a polished and professional appearance, adhering to Wynn’s presentation and uniform standards at all time Assist the team with various administrative tasks including supply order and maintenance requests Perform all other job-related duties as requested
