Requirements

  • High school diploma and 5+ years in a human resources or fast paced, detail oriented corporate environment or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and 2+ years of experience in an HR support or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative assistant support to the Head of HR and Business Partners in inclusive of exit interviews, digital employee records, regional communications, annual compliance and license to operate documents and other confidential items.
  • Assist employees with HR program plan inquiries and enrollment and coordinate with benefits providers to manage retirement contributions and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all reports and updates are done in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new HR vendors in SAP.
  • Maintain vendor profiles and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
  • Provide Administrative Assistance to the Head of People and Culture for NA/US/ECP.
