Nice To Haves

  • Experience with planning, promotion, marketing and communication of large events preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Canva, and Smartsheet preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Program Coordinator for the CompHealth Recognition Program, partnering with internal stakeholders, administrators, and external vendors.
  • Lead coordination of community impact events aligned with CH Community Impact priorities, including quarterly events, VP-hosted VTO opportunities, team events, and the CH Day of Caring. Responsibilities include vendor and venue research, proposal development, event planning, and execution.
  • Provide administrative support for employee feedback and listening initiatives, including sessions, surveys, forums, and focus groups.
  • Produce and manage CompHealth People social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok; serve as an event photographer and support visual storytelling while maintaining a professional and consistent brand presence.
  • Plan and coordinate divisional events in partnership with key stakeholders, supporting both onsite and remote experiences.
  • Support teams and leaders across the division with creative assets, including Zoom backgrounds, videos, printed materials, PTO certificates, and other digital resources.
  • Lead or collaborate on cross-functional projects, demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Conduct research and data analysis related to culture, engagement, and employee experience trends.
  • Manage and maintain the Culture inbox and calendar.
  • Meet with employees across the organization to stay connected to and informed on CH culture.
  • Support the Culture team with administrative functions such as reporting, project tracking, program maintenance, and data analytics.
  • Complete monthly expense reports for the team.
  • Provide occasional administrative or project support to the Learning & Development (L&D) team as needed.
