What you get to do: As the HRIS Coordinator, you will assist in the daily support of maintaining the accuracy and functionality of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). You will work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure the efficient processing and reporting of HR data.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel.
  • Familiarity with a HRIS or CRM system.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and support HR technology and processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Workday.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day HRIS operations, including troubleshooting data changes and resolving system issues.
  • Assist in conducting and completing audits to maintain HR data accuracy a in the system.
  • Work with HR and other departments to resolve user inquiries and provide support for the HRIS system.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and standards.
  • Help maintain employee records and ensure accurate and up-to-date information in HRIS system.
  • Participates in system testing and documentation for implementation of system updates and administrative business changes.
  • Participate on HR projects as assigned.
