About The Position

The HRIS Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate and complete employee data within the Firm’s Human Resources Information Systems, with a primary focus on Workday and Time Tracking. This role supports the effectiveness of the HR function by ensuring data integrity, timely entry and submission of timesheets by employees and time approvers, responding to system-related inquiries, and generating reports that inform business operations and strategic decision‑making.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge and experience with enterprise HR systems
  • Delivers a high level of accuracy in data entry and auditing activities; identifies inconsistencies and ensures data integrity across HR systems
  • Demonstrates a strong technical aptitude by learning new system functionality quickly, troubleshoots system issues, and adapts to evolving technology within systems and related tools
  • Approaches challenges systematically, evaluates potential solutions, and takes initiative to resolve issues or escalate appropriately when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain all new hire and employee data changes within the Firm’s HRIS systems; Workday and UKG Time Tracking while adhering to access and payroll deadlines.
  • Manage the communication and follow-up regarding time entry and approval deadlines
  • Serve as a resource for end users by providing guidance, support and answers to Workday and time tracking related inquiries
  • Conduct recurring audits of data entry to ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency
  • Document and maintain standard operating procedures and user guides related to HRIS processes.
  • Create run and modify scheduled and ad hoc reports from HR systems ensuring output meets business requirements.
  • Participate in system testing and validation activities for system updates and enhancements
  • Validate payroll interface files transmitted from Workday and UKG to ADP
