About The Position

The HRIS Coordinator contributes to the daily workings of the Human Resources department and provides support for Branch Operations with Human Resources related obligations. This position serves as a key point of contact for staff, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, and ensuring the integrity of employee data within the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).

Requirements

  • Some experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage records, schedules, and documentation efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills for handling employee inquiries and coordinating with internal departments.
  • Superior attention to detail to ensure accuracy in employee data and compliance with policies.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive employee information.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for Branch personnel and employees' HR-related questions and concerns.
  • Support Human Resource Managers/Directors with Employee Relations matters.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Payroll and Benefits Departments to address outstanding employee issues.
  • Complete new hire processing, employee changes and terminations in ADP.
  • Identify opportunities for training and education and assist in development of training materials.
  • Ensure data accuracy in HR systems and databases.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Support audits and reporting by maintaining organized and up-to-date records.
  • Monitor policy adherence and escalate issues when necessary.
