About The Position

The HRIS and Analytics Specialist plays an integral role in the support and maintenance of the HR Systems for the Bank including configuration, testing, and rollout of HR tools. Serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in human resources, IT, or business or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of HR system administration, including experience with multiple modules of Workday HCM such as Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Learning and Recruiting strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge/experience with Workday and Power BI desired.
  • Strong analytical approach in developing appropriate solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner and build strong collaborative relationships internally of the Bank and externally with vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and be a team player.
  • Ability to demonstrate functional knowledge of key HR business processes (employee life cycle, compensation, benefits, payroll, and supporting operations)
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to consult with all levels of the organization on areas of expertise.
  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to learn new systems quickly

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, monitor and configure core Workday HCM Modules (Core HCM, Talent, Absence, Recruiting, Benefits, Learning, ETC)
  • Configure and maintain business processes, eligibility rules, condition rules, notifications, and alerts
  • Monitor and configure security roles, business process security policies, and domain security policies for functional areas
  • Maintain and understand user and role-based access controls, granting system security access in accordance with Bank governance.
  • Provide end-user support and serve as the first line and main point of contact for inquiries, issues and questions from the business, including researching and resolving HR system related issues
  • Help advance Workday utilization in accordance with the product delivery roadmap
  • Document system processes to outline best practices, creates job aids and procedure documents for recurring tasks or BAU items
  • Regularly conduct data quality audits, troubleshoot system bugs, issues and errors
  • Support annual processes like performance reviews, goal setting, open enrollment, etc.
  • Collaborate with HR team members and other business stakeholders on the development of system requirements and testing plans
  • Lead continuous improvement of system functionality and processes, providing innovative suggestions and solutions
  • Develop and maintain reporting framework and dashboards within the system
  • Create reports to capture valuable workforce data and provide analysis of data
  • Create and monitor HR system integrations with internal and third-party systems, identifying inconsistencies or opportunity for improvement
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned
