Charter Manufacturing is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support their Workday technology. This role is for a curious, service-minded HRIS professional who enjoys problem-solving, understanding processes, and helping people use technology effectively. The analyst will join a collaborative HRIS team that is expanding its Workday capabilities and learning together. The ideal candidate has a strong Workday foundation, asks thoughtful questions, enjoys troubleshooting, and is motivated to develop deeper configuration and technical expertise. As a Workday HRIS Analyst, you will be a front-line partner to HR users and business stakeholders, assisting with system issues, process improvements, and maximizing the Workday platform. Responsibilities include troubleshooting break/fix issues, supporting system testing and release activities, contributing to enhancements and HR projects, and creating clear documentation. The role covers Workday HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Learning, Talent, Performance, and Advanced Compensation, as well as reporting, dashboards, data views, and analytics. Success requires curiosity, learning agility, strong process thinking, and a desire to build hands-on Workday configuration skills.
