Join our team as an HRIS Analyst, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to support efficient processes and data integrity across the organization. The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst maintains the design, configuration, and administration of one or more Human Resource Information Systems. This role consults with the organization on system processes, efficiencies, and usability. In collaboration with internal stakeholders, the analyst will analyze business processes and the capabilities of the HRIS system or other technology platforms to recommend and implement process changes that improve efficiency and the user experience. This includes configuring business processes on the platform, such as changing approval processes, updating reporting structures, and security administration. The analyst acts as the main point of contact between HR and the HRIS technical team to ensure existing HR processes are supported and changes are executed. They will configure workflows to build out functionality, streamline processes, and transition paper processes into electronic ones. The role involves coordinating, monitoring, and auditing information in the HRIS, maintaining the system by assessing and testing new features, understanding product updates, supporting software integrations with IT, and performing quality audits for data integrity. The analyst will participate in system testing, regularly review and troubleshoot processes and HR data, identify improvements, and resolve HRIS issues. They will also provide HRIS training and customer service support, create custom reports, managerial dashboards, and executive scorecards, and process HR-related invoices. Continuous learning through user groups, webcasts, and training is expected to ensure best practices and stay current with trends.
