The HRIS Analyst is responsible for managing all HR technology systems with a primary focus on Workday. The HR Analyst will configure, maintain, and offer support across multiple functional Workday areas; HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Compensation, and Talent, reporting, and security. This role will consult with HR and business leaders when implementing and enhancing processes to resolve complex tasks. In addition, this role is responsible for system upgrades and the implementation of additional applications and functionality in the future. The HRIS Analyst must drive automation and efficiency, while working in a fast-paced environment, playing an important role in improving business processes, ensuring compliance, regulations, and promoting user adoption to improve overall business performance.
