About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HRIS Analyst – Workday to support the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our Workday platform. This role will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and IT teams to ensure data integrity, system efficiency, and an exceptional employee experience. The ideal candidate will have strong Workday expertise, experience supporting HR processes and configurations, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 - 6 years of HRIS experience with at least 2 years supporting Workday.
  • Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM and business process configuration.
  • Experience supporting HR operations, data management, and system administration.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Workday Pro certification(s) or equivalent Workday experience.
  • Experience with Workday Security Administration.
  • Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PECI, etc.).
  • Experience supporting global HR processes.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance, payroll, and workforce management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Workday support and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain Workday configurations, business processes, security roles, basic reports, and dashboards.
  • Support Workday modules including Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Talent and Benefits as applicable.
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
  • Manage system updates, feature releases, and regression testing activities.
  • Configure and maintain Workday business processes, notifications, validations, and workflows.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Support implementation of new Workday functionality and enhancements.
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve HR processes and employee experiences through technology.
  • Deep, hands-on experience specifically in the Advanced Compensation module - Configure compensation matrices, merit/bonus grids, eligibility rules, and the Compensation Review business process.
  • Proficient with EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders) for bulk data loads and complex Calculated Fields.
  • Configure & maintain security set up, specific security segments and business process permissions.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
  • Support data governance initiatives and maintain data quality standards.
  • Assist with security audits, access reviews, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and controls.
  • Support Workday integrations with third-party systems such as Payroll, Benefits, ATS, Identity Management, and Finance applications.
  • Partner with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot integration issues.
  • Participate in testing and validation of inbound and outbound interfaces.
  • Support Workday implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
  • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
  • Create user guides, training materials, and process documentation.
  • Provide end-user training and support where required.

  • Annual equivalent base salary range of $116,100 to $166,865 USD.
