Serve as SME across multiple modules in Workday including, Core HCM, Security, Payroll/Earnings, Time Tracking, and Absence Management. Provide production support, including researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results or process flaws. Lead projects by collecting requirements and proposing solutions or alternative methods to meet business needs then implementing those requirements in Workday. Proactively stay current with Workday updates and new features, ensuring the organization leverages the latest capabilities. Understand impact of changes on other modules and downstream processes. Map out and document configurations and system processes, field definitions and user guides.
