About The Position

The HRIS Analyst – Time, Absence, Payroll & Scheduling is responsible for the administration and ongoing optimization of Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, Payroll, and Scheduling modules. In this role, you will partner closely with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient processing across time and pay-related functions. You will serve as a subject matter expert for assigned functional areas, providing day-to-day system support, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This role plays a critical part in maintaining data integrity and supporting system enhancements that impact a large employee population. The position reports to the HRIS Manager and works collaboratively within the HRIS team to support organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, and optimize Workday Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll, and Scheduling
  • Manage day-to-day transactions and ongoing system maintenance
  • Create and maintain simple to complex EIB integrations
  • Design and execute test plans for system updates and migrations
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, troubleshooting issues and resolving system defects
  • Perform routine audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Gather requirements and support business requests for configuration changes
  • Develop documentation and training materials for system changes and enhancements
  • Collaborate with Senior Analysts and escalate complex issues as needed
