The HRIS Analyst 2 intermediate level role is responsible for supporting the administration, maintenance, analysis, and optimization of the organization’s Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related applications. This intermediate-level professional role supports HR operations through system administration, reporting, troubleshooting, data analysis, process improvement, testing activities, and end-user support to ensure efficient and effective HR system functionality. The position partners closely with HR functions, Information Technology, and organizational leadership to ensure data integrity, confidentiality, reporting accuracy, regulatory compliance, and the effective use of HR systems and workforce data. The HRIS Analyst 2 also assists with system enhancements, audits, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives that support organizational and operational objectives. Provide HRIS support for Oracle EBS, Taleo, OBIA, and related systems; train users; and troubleshoot system, process, and data issues.
