About The Position

The HRIS Analyst Consultant is responsible for supporting and optimizing Clarvida’s HR technology systems, with a primary focus on auditing and maintaining data quality and integrity within the ADP Vantage core HR system. This role ensures accurate data management, consistent data field usage, and system integrity through regular audits, reporting, and process improvements. The consultant partners with HR and cross-functional teams to enhance data accuracy, improve workflows, and maintain compliance standards within the HRIS platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong experience as an HRIS system administrator or analyst within an ADP HRIS system
  • 3–5+ years of experience working in HRIS, HRIS analysis, or HR analytics
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to perform vlookups to compare and validate data
  • Working knowledge of HR data privacy, security, and compliance requirements
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business or non-technical requests into system actions and guidance

Responsibilities

  • Refine and execute weekly audits of data fields within the ADP system to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Evaluate audit findings and assist with updates and corrective actions based on identified discrepancies
  • Communicate data audit findings to the HR team and recommend upstream process improvements to enhance data quality
  • Assist with evaluating data, preparing mass updates, and processing changes in ADP via data bridges
  • Lead the process for defining and updating specific data fields in ADP to promote consistent data usage and tracking aligned with current business needs
  • Prepare documentation outlining the construction, definitions, and governance of data fields within Clarvida’s ADP system
  • Generate and provide standard and ad hoc reports from ADP to support HR operations and decision-making
  • Support ADP system maintenance, configuration updates, and troubleshooting as requested
  • Ensure HR data privacy, security, and compliance requirements are maintained within system processes
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to improve HRIS workflows and data governance practices
