About The Position

YQN is a fast-growing, technology-driven international logistics platform, and we're looking for a bilingual HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing U.S. operations. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders and employees on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and day-to-day HR support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of HR experience, including HRBP, HR Generalist, or a similar role.
• Experience partnering with managers and supporting frontline or operational teams.
• Strong employee relations, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
• Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English is required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational needs, and people-related priorities.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance management, employee relations, and team development.
• Support employee engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.
• Handle employee concerns and support workplace investigations when needed.
• Partner with recruiting and HR teams on hiring, onboarding, policies, and HR programs.
• Ensure HR practices comply with applicable U.S. federal and state employment laws.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.
