The Payroll & HR Operations Analyst supports payroll operations, HR systems administration, reporting, and workforce data accuracy across the organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring payroll and employee data are processed accurately, maintained consistently, and delivered in a way that supports operational and business needs. This position is responsible for day-to-day payroll processing support across U.S., Canada, and Europe operations, along with HRIS maintenance, auditing, reporting preparation, and employee support. The Analyst works closely with the Payroll & HRIS Manager to maintain clean data, improve workflows, support compliance efforts, and strengthen reporting capabilities across HR, Operations, and Finance.
