About The Position
We’re looking for an HR & Workforce Specialist to support our employees and customer in Pulaski while helping us grow our local presence. This role combines employee support, onboarding, recruiting, customer relations, and business development —making it a great next step for someone coming from staffing, recruiting, HR, or account management.
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently
- Good judgment when handling employee concerns
- A customer-focused mindset with some sales drive
Nice To Haves
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, account management, or a similar people-focused role preferred
Responsibilities
- Support employees with day-to-day questions and workplace concerns
- Coordinate onboarding, drug screening, and new-hire orientations
- Assist with recruiting and workforce needs
- Build a strong working relationship with our customer
- Partner with HR leadership on more complex employee matters
- Develop local relationships and identify opportunities for business growth
