We’re looking for an HR & Workforce Specialist to support our employees and customer in Charlotte. This role combines employee support, onboarding, recruiting, customer relations, and business development —making it a great next step for someone coming from staffing, recruiting, HR, or account management.
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently
- Good judgment when handling employee concerns
- A customer-focused mindset with some sales drive
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, account management, or a similar people-focused role preferred
Responsibilities
- Support employees with day-to-day questions and workplace concerns
- Coordinate onboarding, drug screening, and new-hire orientations
- Assist with recruiting and workforce needs
- Build a strong working relationship with our customer
- Partner with HR leadership on more complex employee matters
- Develop local relationships and identify opportunities for business growth
