Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a focus on HR, business, technology, or related fields.
3 years of experience in consulting or HR roles.
Strong analytical mindset with a curiosity for data and emerging technologies.
Excellent communication skills to engage diverse audiences and build strong client relationships.
Enthusiasm for learning and applying new digital tools and AI innovations in HR.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools is a plus.
Interest in HR transformation, organizational effectiveness, HR process design, or HR technology.

Nice To Haves

Experience or coursework related to HR optimization, digital transformation, or AI applications in business.
Skills in data analysis platforms, programming, or digital project management.
Passion for exploring how technology can solve real-world HR challenges.

Responsibilities

Support client engagements focused on HR transformation, including HR process improvement, service delivery, operating model design, and people program effectiveness.
Dive into the latest HR technology trends, including AI, automation, and digital platforms, to help clients modernize their HR operations.
Collaborate with clients and senior team members to assess HR challenges and develop recommendations that enhance employee experience and drive business success.
Thrive and be motivated by an environment that embraces AI and technology-enabled tools.
Conduct research and analyze data to uncover opportunities for improvement across talent management, workforce planning, HR service delivery, and broader HR transformation priorities.
Support the development of compelling presentations , reports, and recommendations that translate analysis into actionable HR solutions .
Participate in team problem-solving sessions to help shape practical and innovative solutions for client challenges.
Support stakeholder interviews, workshop sessions, and other project activities to identify organizational and HR process improvement opportunities.
