About The Position
The HR Technology Lead will be responsible for program management and process improvement within the Workday technology stack for an Electrical Engineering / Contractor firm. This role involves driving new programs, maximizing workflow capabilities across departments, and managing the intake, prioritization, testing, rollout, and standardization of Workday optimization projects. The position is a direct hire with a salary range of $135k+ and an excellent benefits package. The role can be worked remotely anywhere in the USA, with approximately 30% travel required.
