The NC Department of Administration (NCDOA), Human Resource Management Division seeks a motivated, enthusiastic, and skilled team member ready to assume responsibilities for staffing and managing a broad range of HR functions and for the Division. Duties will include managing the full range of practices and procedures related to recruitment and off boarding of temporary employees, conducting salary assessments, being a partner conducting functions related to permanent employee hiring. Further, the staff member will be expected to contribute to employee engagement opportunities and aid in the effective and efficient maintenance of HR documentation along with other administrative related activities.
