This is a key HR role focused on assisting the Museum’s managers with a variety of talent recruitment and acquisition functions. Support includes, but is not limited to, providing subject matter expert strategies to attract, source, evaluate, and hire top job candidates. This includes actively supporting the yearly summer internship program life-cycle. The position serves as the first and primary HR point of contact for employees and the public, and manages the department’s flow of information. This includes department reception, all-staff communication, requisitions and HCM workflows, background checks, job postings, offer letters, etc. This position also serves as the department’s records manager responsible for employee, volunteer, and candidate data, as well as HR process documentation. This position serves as the Wellness + Engagement Program administrator.
