The HR Systems Manager will play a key role within the IT organization, collaborating closely with the People & Culture (P&C) team to define and execute the strategy for core HR platforms (BambooHR, UKG, Greenhouse, Docebo). This role is responsible for the ongoing systems management, as well as contributing to the evaluation, selection and implementation of future HR technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong systems mindset and a passion for enhancing automation, efficiency, and reducing manual efforts across the business. This position also involves managing vendor relationships and coordinating with third-party consultants, serving as a critical link between IT and People & Culture. The role also requires flexibility to occasionally work outside of traditional office hours, depending on demand and production requirements.
