Join our team as an experienced Workday Time, Absence and Payroll analyst and play a critical role in optimizing and supporting complex configuration (including specialized union contracts & absence), reporting and continuous improvement. The HR Systems Analyst III serves as a functional configuration expert responsible for designing, building, testing, and optimizing Workday solutions across assigned modules. Working closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), Payroll, and HR Operations, the incumbent translates business needs into scalable configuration—while partnering with Business Analysts on requirements/process design and with Workday Engineers on integrations, security architecture, and advanced technical components. The HR Systems Analyst III leads configuration changes, supports releases, triages escalations, maintains data integrity, and contributes to Workday governance and continuous improvement.
