About The Position

M Chest Pharmacy is looking for a detail-oriented HR Support Coordinator to join our HR and Administrative team! This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance, and office support. Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in an office or HR setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative.
  • Comfortable using MS Office and learning new systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ADP, Paycor, or HR-related tools is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee records, process HR checklists, and monitor policy compliance.
  • Maintain applications and support hiring efforts.
  • Oversee office supply inventory, process mail, and coordinate office maintenance.
  • Arrange vehicle repairs, track maintenance, and book travel accommodations as needed.
  • Assist with birthdays, anniversaries, and employee recognition programs.
