The supervisor and team impact nearly 3,000 new hires and non-employees annually. The team works directly with every hiring leader in the organization if hiring non-providers This role ensures seamless day-to-day operations, consistent experience, effective staff engagement and adherence to job requirements for incoming employees. Kettering Health is a not-for-profit system of 13 medical centers and more than 120 outpatient facilities serving southwest Ohio. Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5 years minimum in field of talent acquisition or related field

Responsibilities

  • Provides direct leadership and operational oversight for a team of recruiters who:
  • Play a part in building remarkable teams and providing exception experiences
  • Are responsible for supporting hiring managers and candidates from req posting to offer acceptance, which now includes 30-, 60- and 90-day check-ins for open requisitions, hiring leader practice & technology adoption, escalation measures to ensure timely hiring manager review and decision
  • Have significant influence in meeting Kettering Health time-to-fill goals
  • Have significant influence in meeting Kettering Health Talent Acquisition voice of the customer survey goals
  • Facilitate monthly or quarterly recruitment strategy sessions for clinical areas
