We are seeking a forward-thinking, analytics-driven professional to partner with the Global Head of HR to deliver programs supporting our strategy, inclusive of employment branding, early career programs and university partnerships, rotational program development, talent mapping, and special projects. This role blends strategic workforce planning, data-enabled insights, and high-impact stakeholder engagement across the segment. The ideal candidate brings 10+ of talent acquisition and talent development experience, including both agency and corporate environments, with preference to insurance/reinsurance industry experience, with deep exposure to innovative program development in partnership with university relation through rotational programs.
