About The Position

We are seeking a forward-thinking, analytics-driven professional to partner with the Global Head of HR to deliver programs supporting our strategy, inclusive of employment branding, early career programs and university partnerships, rotational program development, talent mapping, and special projects. This role blends strategic workforce planning, data-enabled insights, and high-impact stakeholder engagement across the segment. The ideal candidate brings 10+ of talent acquisition and talent development experience, including both agency and corporate environments, with preference to insurance/reinsurance industry experience, with deep exposure to innovative program development in partnership with university relation through rotational programs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of insurance HR/recruiting, including agency and corporate environments inclusive of university relations and talent development programs.
  • Experience supporting executives and officers on confidential matters.
  • Strong analytics and reporting expertise.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

  • Deliver insights on early career trends, executive market dynamics, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Provide quarterly executive briefings on emerging skills and competitive hiring strategies.
  • Align campus and leadership hiring pipelines with future workforce needs.
  • Partner with Global Head of HR, HRBPs, and COEs to build reinsurance specific internships, co-ops, new manager training, leader development, and early career rotational programs.
  • Manage partnerships with universities and student organizations.
  • Evaluate program success through data-driven metrics.
  • Partner with COE and/or manage recruitment process globally, including assessment and candidate engagement for Reinsurance roles.
  • Manage talent mapping process, framework, and leverage talent intelligence to refine candidate identification and sourcing strategies.
  • Develop dashboards covering program metrics, and forecasting.
  • Convert insights into actions that influence strategy.
  • Own operational frameworks and process optimization for reinsurance specific programs.
  • Lead key initiatives to enhance reporting automation.
  • Promote Arch as a leading employment brand emphasizing our highly engaged, collaborative culture.
  • Strengthen early talent pipeline and insurance specific programs in key geographies.
