About The Position

This role provides comprehensive support across Human Resources teams located in North America and local office operations, serving as a key resource for employees and management. Responsibilities include supporting the benefits and payroll administration; new hire onboarding and employee integration initiatives; coordinating regular and ad hoc HR reporting for corporate headquarters; supporting internal communications and employee engagement activities; and providing day-to-day HR support to local employees. In addition, the position oversees general office services, including maintaining office facilities and supplies, mailroom operations, and helping to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the workplace.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years HR experience (generalist, recruitment, HRIS, HR admin, etc.)
  • ERP systems experience with HR modules (SAP preferred - PA20, PA30, PA40, PPOME, ad-hoc Queries)
  • Payroll System familiarity – Dayforce/Ceridian a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate with a multi-cultural / international workforce
  • Highly organized; able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience dealing with sensitive data
  • Excellent computer skills - MS Office with emphasis on Excel, Canva

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the professional and effective delivery of Human Resources support services for the Parsippany Office and its employees.
  • Support Payroll Manager – assist in payroll processing, including but not limited to timesheet accuracy, auditing, and reporting. This position will serve as backup for the processing of all US and Canadian payroll groups.
  • Benefits administration – assist with the processing and reconciliation of benefits invoices for the US and Canada, assist with benefits orientation, open enrollment, and wellness activities.
  • Serves as a resource and support to Business Partners across our NA offices.
  • Member of Engagement Committee – participates in the planning of office activities and rollout of Corporate Campaigns/Events.
  • Creator and coordinator of all internal office communications.
  • Coordinate regular and ad hoc HR reporting to Corporate Headquarters for North America subsidiaries.
