About The Position

Shingsung E&G is seeking an HR Specialist to manage payroll, administer employee benefits, support HR systems, and handle various HR processes. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in payroll administration and HR compliance.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of Human Resources experience, including at least 1 year of hands-on payroll administration.
• Knowledge of U.S. payroll, employee benefits, and HR compliance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience implementing, administering, or supporting HRIS and payroll systems (ADP, Rippling, Paychex, UKG, BambooHR, or similar platforms) preferred.
• Experience with ADP, HRIS, or other payroll systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll and ensure compliance with federal payroll tax requirements.
• Support the implementation and administration of HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., ADP).
• Administer employee benefits and respond to HR-related inquiries.
• Support employment-based visa processes and coordinate with external partners.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee records.
• Assist with recruiting and ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws.
