About The Position

INFUSE is seeking an HR Specialist to support team members and HR operations across global, technical and non-technical departments. The role works with international teams across time zones and helps maintain communication, professional development, and people processes. It is a part-time contract role with a flexible four-hour-per-day setup, designed to work within Eastern European Time (EET) hours.

Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher written and spoken English.
• Ukrainian and/or Russian language proficiency is required.
• Proven experience as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or in a similar People Operations role.
• A solid track record of supporting teams located across multiple countries.
• Exceptional organizational skills, independence, and the ability to manage multiple HR workflows effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for team members across global technical and non-technical departments.
• Help team members develop personal development plans and support their ongoing professional growth.
• Serve as a main point of contact for international teams across different time zones and foster communication across diverse teams.
• Perform core HR operations, including supporting team relations, performance tracking, policy implementation, and HR process maintenance.
• Collaborate with the Academy to develop and maintain onboarding materials, training modules, and company security policy courses.
• Partner with the recruitment team to define candidate profiles, refine job requirements, and streamline hiring for assigned teams.
