Outpatient Imaging Affiliates (OIA), and owner and operator of over 60+ outpatient imaging center locations in 19 states, is looking for an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our amazing HR team. This position is: · Full-time, Salaried, Exempt · Benefits Eligible · Hybrid - 75% remote + work-from-home, however, training and weekly meetings will take place at our corporate office, therefore candidates must live within commuting distance to Franklin, TN. Under the guidance of our HR Director, our HR specialist will support 60+ outpatient imaging center locations in 19 states (and growing). HR functions in this role are largely focused on the beginning of the employee life cycle including recruiting, job posting, pre-employment processing, orientation and onboarding while providing ongoing support to employees throughout the remainder of the employee life cycle.
