About The Position

TSMC North America is seeking a highly organized HR Specialist to serve as a central support partner to our Senior HR Director and the broader HR team. This role is the operational and administrative backbone of the HR function — managing complex executive calendars and stakeholder coordination, keeping HR initiatives on track, and supporting recruiting activities and employee events. It is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, handles confidential information with discretion, and takes pride in enabling a high-performing team. TSMC currently operates a hybrid schedule with four days in office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative support, coordination, project management, or HR operations, including direct support to senior leaders.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in an HR, recruiting, or people-operations function.
  • Experience managing multiple complex executive calendars simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and HR reporting.
  • Experience coordinating events and cross-functional logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the Senior HR Director and HR leadership, including managing complex calendars, scheduling, and travel.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between HR leadership and internal and external stakeholders, tracking action items and following through to ensure alignment.
  • Support the planning and execution of HR projects and initiatives, and prepare HR reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Assist recruiting activities — coordinating and scheduling interviews, managing candidate information, and supporting talent acquisition events.
  • Organize and coordinate HR meetings, workshops, and employee events such as wellness programs and health fairs, including all associated logistics.
